2 Easy Menu Planning Options

Meal planning can be done in a variety of ways. Here are two basic ideas.

  1. Plan a meal for each day of the week and stick to the plan. This can be done for one week, two weeks, or a month at a time.

  2. Create a list of possible meals and then choose one from the list each day. Decide each morning what the meal/s are for day and prep as needed.

With either option, creating the plan and then shopping so that all of the ingredients are on hand, will save you time, money and avoid the last minute question of “what is for dinner?'“.
